Will you help us provide the best medical-care to hundreds of special needs dogs at VOSD? We are seeking 200 generous donors to support the monthly expenses for the upkeep of our 1400 plus dogs.
VOSD is India’s largest dog trust and world’s largest no-kill shelter for stray dogs. Over 20,000 dogs have been rescued by us over a decade and we admit almost 300 dogs annually to our facility. VOSD brings home at least one dog per day from across various cities and towns in India. Most of these dogs suffer from complex health conditions and are in need of advanced medical interventions.
Our sanctuary boasts of the most up-to-date state-of-the-art rehabilitation and medical facilities, which are undeniably the best in India: better than any other animal NGO or private hospital.
We have come a long way in the past some years, but thousands of Indian stray dogs still need our help; and so, we must continue to expand capacity. And, with no government funding, VOSD is largely dependent on the philanthropy of our generous donors.
